| For all the orders, you are required to make the payment online. The online transaction processing is provided by PayDollar using the highest commercially available encryption technology - 128-bit SSL encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted, to protect the data from being read and interpreted. 3-D Secure authentication is also supported such as Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. | |

| We are committed to protect the privacy of customers information. We will not sell, exchange or lease out the information of the customers (including name, email address, mail address, telephone number, credit card details and transaction records) to any third party. | |
| ► Customs & Tax | |
| When ordering from oversea you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. CafeBlossom.hk has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to CafeBlossom.hk, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you. | |
| ► Delivery time | |
| We only deliver the product after you settle the payment, including shipping fee when necessary. If you choose to pay by cheque it may take 1 or 2 working days to confirm the payment after we receive the cheque from you. Usually we deliver the product on the same day if we confirm your payment in the morning, or the next working day. You can choose to receive the product in the morning (9:00-12:00) or in the afternoon (14:00-17:00) at the time you send us the order. We observe the public holiday of HKSAR. If you would like to arrange for other date or time to deliver, please contact us as soon as possible. | |
| ► Exchange policy | |
| All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please contact us by phone, email or fax to arrange for exchange. We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, expired or incorrect product. | |
| ► Refund policy | |
| We regret that we do not refund after product is delivered. In case you cancel the order before cut-off time, or order undelivered, we will refund after deducting any applicable handling fee. Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or by cheque. After refund requested made to our bank, it takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Refund by cheque or bank transfer will take approximately the same of time. | |
| ► Undeliverable orders | |
| Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a hotel address, a PO Box address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to provide ID copy or parcel refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged HK$50 for resend shipping fee per parcel. | |
| ► Fraud protection | |
| In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, CafeBlossom.com screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card statement through fax or email to verify your payment, or our Customer Service representative may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. | |
